When & Where

Address: Located at Narre Warren Christian Church

We are a "Mission Church and we open our doors:

NOTE: No meals until after the pandemic

o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o

On Mondays from 4pm -6pm. We serve a lovely hot dinner at 5.00pm and afterwards at around 6.00pm there is an opportunity topick up food from our "Food Support." Unlimited tea, coffee and cordial are available.

On Wednesdays from 10am -2pm. We serve a delicious hot meal at 12.00noon and afterwards around 1.00pm there is an opportunity to collect food from our "Food Support." Again unlimited tea, coffee and cordial are available.

On Thursdays we have "Family Day." We provide an opportunity for families to pick up food from our "Food Support" between 1.30pm-4.00pm. We offer groceries, yoghurt, bread, fruit and vegetables at this time but no meals.

NOTE OUR CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES: We now register people who collect food from our "Food Support." We ask for a medicare card, letter of referral from a school or a referral from an agency. We do also ask for a small donation towards Transit if possible.

PLEASE NOTE ALSO: Where people simply cannot afford any donation due to difficult times these people are not excluded. They are most welcome and we aim to make sure they get food to help them through their difficult times. Our whole operation is to help and support those in need.

Unfortunately in normal circumstances we can only allow people to collect food once a week as there are great needs in the community, however where people are living in their cars with no refrigeration arrangements can be made to pick up more often.

Important: We ask that you pick up no more then 3 Aldi sized bags of food so there is sufficient food for everyone. Please bring your own bags to collect groceries. We do not have free bags.

Church Service:

On the last Sunday of each month we have a "Transit Breakfast service at 9.30am which is a full breakfast of cereal, eggs, bacon, baked beans, sausages, toast and pancakes.

Transit Address: Located at Narre Warren Christian Church

We look forward to seeing you at Transit!
